MAZEVAULT s.r.o., with its registered seat in Prague, acts as the Data Controller. We process data in a proper manner and take appropriate security measures to prevent unauthorized access, disclosure, or destruction.

Data may be freely provided by the User (Name, Email, Work Phone) or collected automatically (IP Address, System Logs). Use of Client Certificates generated by this Application serves solely to identify Users for providing the required service.

Data concerning the User is collected to allow the Application to provide its services, specifically for Registration, Authentication, and Certificate Lifecycle Management.

Processing is carried out using computers and IT-enabled tools. Data is processed at the Controller’s operating offices and authorized cloud infrastructure locations.

Data may be accessible to persons involved with the operation (admin, legal) or external parties (technical providers, hosting) appointed, if necessary, as Data Processors. We do not sell user data.

Processing is based on GDPR Art. 6(1). Personal Data may be used for legal purposes in Court or revealed upon request of public authorities as required by DORA or NIS2.

This website is served over HTTPS. Messages from the contact form are delivered through our form processor Formspree to our mailbox, and analytics cookies (Google Analytics) are set only after you accept them.

For operation and maintenance purposes, this Application and third-party services may collect files that record interaction with the Application (System Logs).

Data is kept for the time necessary to provide the service requested by the User, or as stated by the audit purposes outlined by financial regulations (typically 2-10 years).

Users have the right to consult the Controller to learn about their data contents, origin, verify accuracy, or ask for data to be supplemented, cancelled, updated, or blocked.

The Controller reserves the right to make changes to this policy at any time. Notice will be provided on this page. Users objecting to changes must cease using the Application.
